Tasha Arlen previously served as director of Sales and Marketing for Solstice at Columbia before assuming her current role as executive director. She has nearly 20 years of experience working in health care, sales and skilled nursing.

Tasha’s favorite part of her job is bringing joy to residents and creating wonderful work experiences for her team.

When she isn’t working, Tasha enjoys spending time with her two sons, camping and kayaking.

Trina Almond, Director of Sales and Marketing at Solstice Senior Living at Columbia, brings over 13 years of experience in the senior living industry. Formerly a sales leader for Holiday Retirement and recently a licensed hearing instrument specialist with Miracle Ear, Trina is dedicated to creating vibrant senior communities.

With an M.Ed. degree in human, organization and community development from Vanderbilt University and dual bachelor’s degrees in psychology and therapeutic recreation from Missouri Western State, she combines education with expertise. Outside of work, Trina is a sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time with her two children and parents.

Monette Jordan is a vibrant and charismatic Columbia, Missouri, native! After recently graduating from the University of Phoenix, she is pursuing her passion for making people laugh as the owner of her own comedy business. When she is not bringing joy to audiences, she loves exploring new destinations and setting sail on cruises. Family is close to her heart, with two adult daughters, a precious bonus grandbaby and two furry friends – one of whom is her loyal companion at home. With a spirit of adventure and a desire to help others, she always looks for new opportunities to grow and connect with others. 

Solstice Senior Living of Columbia is delighted to welcome Delories Thomas-Galmiche, a culinary expert with over two decades of experience in the kitchen. A 2009 graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in St. Louis, Missouri, Delories brings a passion for creative cooking to our community. When she’s not whipping up Southern favorites like collard greens, she’s likely tending to her garden or spending time with loved ones. Delories is also the proud owner of her own catering business, where she enjoys crafting beautiful charcuterie boards and more. We’re thrilled to have her on board! 

Brooksie Mayville brings over 10 years of experience in long-term senior care. Before joining the Solstice at Columbia team, she served eight years as Business Office manager at South Hampton Place. Brooksie loves brightening her residents’ days by sharing a smile and making them laugh.

In her free time, Brooksie enjoys spending time with family and friends.  

Benton Fogleman is originally from North Carolina. He served eight years of active duty in the United States Air Force before leaving in 2018 and joining the Air National Guard at Whiteman Air Force Base, for a total of 12 years of service.  

Benton enjoys assisting the residents at Solstice at Columbia in any way possible and helping make the community a better place to live. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, along with being on the lake.
